(in English) Recently, works on the hybrids made with PDMS as an organic component and inorganic component through a sol-gel reaction have been acquired more interest, because of their elasticity and ability to be mixed with fillers in sol state in addition to their heat-resistive property. In this paper, the hybrid material has been studied as a candidate of gasket and so on.
