Self-organized graded structure of conductive polymer blend film and its electronic function

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) The I-V characterization of p-n junction film made from two kind of conductive polymers of poly(thiophene) (PAT-6) and poly(quinoline)(PQ) by self-assembly method. As a result, higher perform in the characterization of the layered sample of PQ/PAT-6 prepared by self-assembly fabrication compared to that by conventional sequential casting method. Further the former sample showed the multi type of characterization such as tunneling-diode addition to normal one by the repeated one. This result means normally failure as the application of normal diode device, but one more view was considered on a new application as an information analyzer of the interface structure changes in the polymer blend layer caused by electric voltage.
