Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The inlet and outlet pressure of SF6 high-voltage circuit-breaker nozzle are of importance in determining the thermal interruption capability of a breaker. Computational investigation has been carried out on the arc characteristic of a supersonic nozzle at different inlet stagnation pressures and at different inlet pressure to outlet pressure ratios.
