[Poster Presentation] A study of interference suppression technique using Adaptive Array Antenna for indoor short range areas

(in English) In the indoor ubiquitous communication environment, where a lot of private wireless communication systems exist, unintended radiation from each system causes serious inter-system interference. To cope with such a problem, we have proposed an unnecessary radiation suppressing technique with controlling the transmit antenna directivity using Adaptive Array Antenna. In the proposed technique, wide and deep nulls are created to intended directions to suppress unnecessary radiation. In this paper we clarify how deeply and widely (in the angle) can it suppress unnecessary radiation especially in short range areas. With computer simulation we clarify it can attain 30dB radiation suppressing for 240 degree width with 8 element array and 310 degree width with 16 element array around each terminal.
