| 抄録 | （和） | 組織のパフォーマンスは，技術的相談が有効に行われるか否かによって部分的に左右される．本稿ではその初期的検討として，国内大手SI企業のソフトウェア開発チームメンバーを対象にした質問票調査をもとに，(1) 技術的相談の現状はどうなっているのか，(2) 技術的相談の規定要因は何かという2つの問いを立てた．分析の結果，技術的相談の最も大きな規定要因はメンバーのもつ技術力であり，相談行為に対する補償やインセンティヴ要因は重要ではないことが明らかになった．メンバーに対する信頼感は，技術的相談を行う頻度を高めていた．また，技術的相談における互恵主義は，チーム内部よりも外部において重要であることがわかった． |
| （英） | Organizational performance is in part determined by whether technical advice is effectively done or not. For a first experiment, I have organized a survey targeting at software development team members at one of the largest Japanese SI-firms and ask, (1) How is the current status of technical advice?, and (2) What are encouraging or discouraging factors for technical advice? The analysis reveals that the most determinant factor for technical advice is technical expertise of the members, but compensative or incentive factors for those activities are not important. Trust with members encourages asking for advice. Also, I find that reciprocity for technical advice is more important outside the team than inside the team. | |
