(in English) We proposed WDM optical packet interconnection systems using multi-stage Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) for a peta-scale computing system. We developed a 2×2 optical packet interconnect system using a high-speed SOA switch, an arbiter and optical packet signal converters. 1.2 μs optical packet data was successfully switched by using the proposed architecture.
