(in English) Recently, Frame Rate Conversion (FRC) technology has attracted attention in that it improves image quality of LCD TV. In this paper, a trend of FRC technology is described, and its LSI design using a C-based design system, Bach, which has been developed for a large scale circuit design is shown.
