| 抄録 | （和） | ビジネスプロセスの適正な実施や，情報システムの不正使用防止のために，法や規則の整備が進んでいる．個人情報保護法はその典型的な例である．このような状況下では，情報システムの要求獲得に際し，法や規則を遵守した要求のみを獲得していかなければならない．本稿では，新たに獲得した要求文が法や規則を遵守しているかどうかをチェックしながら，要求獲得を進める手法を述べる．法や規則は，格フレームの組み合わせで表現され，自然言語で記述された要求文とマッチングを行いながら，義務となっている行為が要求中に含まれているか，禁止行為が含まれていないかをチェックしながら要求獲得を行う．遵守していない場合は，これらの行為の追加や削除，変更を分析者に示唆する． |
| （英） | Recently, laws and regulations related to information technology are being made in order to implement properly business processes and to avoid the dishonest usage of information systems. A typical example is Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In this situation, when we elicit requirements to an information system, we should do legal requirements only. This paper presents a technique to elicit requirements checking if newly elicited requirement is legal or not. In our technique, we represent laws and regulations with combinations of case frames resulting from Case Grammar technique. We match a newly elicited requirement sentence with the case frames of law sentences and check if the requirements include the obligation acts specified by the law and if they do not have prohibited acts. If the requirement sentences are found not to follow the law, addition or removal of the illegal acts included in the requirements is suggested. |
