Dynamic Leaky Bucket Deflection Method for Optical Burst Switching Networks

(in English) Recently, due to the great popularization of the Internet, the traffic has increased exponentially. So that Optical Burst Switching attracts attention from the viewpoint which has high speed and large-capacity communication. Optical Burst switching has good bandwidth efficiency and can remove a bottleneck of O/E/O conversion. But the burst contention is critical problem in Optical Burst switching. In order to resolve the burst contention and be realized QoS support, we propose new flow-rate control methods based on leaky bucket algorithm, i.e. Separate Leaky Bucket Deflection, and Dynamic Leaky Bucket Deflection.
