Adaptive Multiplexing control system of MC-CDMA by channel quality estimation considering multipath distortion deterioration in MIMO system

(in English) MIMO systems have been attracting much attention as a broadband wireless transmission system. In this paper, adopting MC-CDMA transmission in MIMO systems, we propose a new system to realize both high communication quality and high data throughput by means of adaptive control of MC-CDMA multi-code modulation. In frequency-selective fading environments, inter-code interference generally generates. In order to realize control accounting the influence of the interference, any countermeasures are required such as interference canceling realized by accurate estimation of delay profile of the transmission path, such estimation is however difficult to realize generally. In this paper, we propose the estimation method based on pseudo errors of the degradation of the channel quality including the inter-code interference. The performance of the proposed system is quantitatively evaluated by computer simulations and the effectiveness of the system is presented.
