| 抄録 | （和） | EMアルゴリズムは不完全データの最尤推定値を求める効果的な手法であるが，局所最適性の問題を有する．その解決策として原始初期点から探索を始めるDAEMアルゴリズムが提案された．その後，原始初期点から探索を始める多点探索型EM アルゴリズムであるm-EMアルゴリズムを拡張する形でmes-EMアルゴリズムが提案された．mes-EMアルゴリズムは計算量の代償として，非常に良い解を得ることができる．本稿では，Subsamplin法を用いてmes-EMアルゴリズムの計算量を削減したアルゴリズムを提案し，その性能を検証する． |
| （英） | The EM algorithm is an efficient algorithm to obtain the ML estimate for incomplete data, but has the local optimality problem. The deterministic annealing EM (DAEM) algorithm was once proposed to solve this problem, which begins a search from the primitive initial point. Then the mes-EM algorithm was proposed: a variant of the m-EM algorithm which begins the multiple-token EM search from the primitive initial point. The mes-EM could obtain excellent solutions in compensation for rather high computing cost. This paper proposes a lighter version of the mes-EM algorithm using the subsampling strategy and evaluates its performance. | |
