Development of a Distributed Virtual network Controller

(in English) Recently, the new service based on overlay network is devised. We are considering realization of a distributed virtual network with secure group communication feature. The distributed virtual network will be created by user's request dynamically, and have high fault tolerance by adopting a distributed network architecture. We produce a Distributed Virtual Network Controller prototype to resolve degradation of packet rate and increase of packet delay. This paper is reported about development of the Distributed Virtual Network Controller prototype.
