(in English) We develop a positioning system (WiPS) that can estimate the location
of a wireless LAN terminal, based on the measurement of received
signal strength indicators (RSSI) to other terminals. The WiPS has
the following properties; it can work without pre-calibrations and on
ordinary wireless devices, and can improve the positioning accuracy as
increasing the density of neighboring terminals. In this technology
exhibit, we give a demonstration of the positioning for multiple mobile
terminals using the WiPS.
