Development of Tele-Support System for Visually Impaired Person

(in English) Visually impaired person daily encountered some problems that are very easy for ordinary persons to manage. It is not easy to ask volunteers to help them in the cases because it usually takes so short time. We propose the system to solve the problem with using video communication via the Internet. We show a new server system to arrange the chance between volunteers and visually impaired persons for their convenience. It makes volunteers group possible to encourage joining volunteer activity even for a short time. In this paper, we propose the new system to support visually impaired person with video and voice communication and the possibility to manage volunteers.
