| (in English) | Because the capsules for brachy therapy of prostate cancer is metal radioactive rays material, a doctor has to manage the capsules not to flow out. In addition, for curative effect maintenance of the capsules, it is necessary for the doctor to check the position of capsules. The doctor investigates the number of capsules and the position of them by through 3DCT images. However, artifact that occurred by the metal reflection of the capsules give to bad influence the images and disturb the work of doctor. The purpose of this report is to design the 3D filter and to make the identification of positions of the capsules easier. It improves the visibility of capsules on the 3DCT images in the prostate cancer treatment. |
