Resonant behavior due to multiple strip element in single-layer reflectarrays

(in English) This paper proposes a novel reflectarray antenna based on triple resonance behavior. Such elements provide liner phase property with same slope characteristics while achieving desire reflection phase over wide frequency range up to octave bandwidth. The theory is verified by comparing between the calculated reflection phase for periodic reflectarray consisting of the proposed triple elements with same dimension and the measured result of the fabricated reflectarray surface. We present an offset reflectarray designed by using the infinite array analysis, and also confirm wide frequency characteristics numerically and experimentally.
