Automatic generation of manual for discrete event systems operated by multiple users

(in English) When we operate a system to reach at a target state, we normally confirm status by our own interfaces which display abstracted information of the machine, and give a sequence of commands according to a manual which describes an operating procedure.
If the manual is incomplete, response of the system may differ from those anticipated by users, which is called an ``automation surprise", and competitive action of user-to-user occurs.
As a result, those undesirable situations may cause serious human errors.
So we propose an algorithm to generate manuals automatically which navigate each user from his current state to a target state without the occurrence of the automation surprise and work cooperatively with each user.
