| 抄録 | （和） | 我々は，地方政治を対象とした政治家と住民との協働を支援するための政治情報を提示する住民本位型政治情報システムの構築を目指している．そのために，本稿では，地方政治に関する住民の意見や関心をブログから自動的に抽出し，その意見や関心に関連する活動を行っている地方議員を推測する手法を提案する．本手法は，地方議員の活動を表すフレーズ中の名詞を素性としたベクトル空間を生成し，コサイン類似度と素性一致度を利用してブログ記事とのマッチングを行う．議員活動を表す政治的表現に対してブログは口語的表現が多用されるため，両者の表現の差異を埋める必要があり，分類語彙表を用いてベクトル素性の拡張を行った．小樽市議会議員15名を対象に活動のアンケート調査を行い，小樽市を対象としたブログ記事6万件とのマッチング実験を行った．分類語彙表を用いることで，基本素性が295語から5,745語に拡張され，マッチング件数が369件から1,177件に増加した．上位30件の記事を対象に評価を行った結果，全体の70\%に相当する21件の記事が正しくマッチングできたことを確認した． |
| （英） | We are aiming at the construction of the Citizen-Oriented Political Information System that presents the political information in a local politics to support the cooperation of the local assembly member and the resident. In this paper, we propose a method to extract the political opinion of the resident from blog automatically and to match the opinion with the concerened political activity of the assembly member. This matching method is based on cosine similarity measure and feature agreement measure between vectors of which features are nouns in a expression of the member activity. Because the expression is different from expressions used in blog generally, the features are enhanced by using Bunrui-Goi-Hyou to bury the difference. We have conducted a survey of 15 assembly members of the Otaru city council in their activities and a matching examination with 60,000 blog articles. As a result, we confirmed that 295 basic feature words have been enhanced to 5,745 words, that the number of mathing has increased from 369 to 1,177 and that 21 articles in the 30 high ranked articles have been matched correctly. | |
