(in English) Content acquisition in P2P network generally takes long time to complete file-downloading. This paper proposes an improvement method that shortens file acquisition time in Gnutella-based P2P network. We focused on residual file transfer time of peers. Among peers that were discovered to have requested content by query flooding, a peer that has minimum residual time is selected as a downloader. We validated the effectiveness of our proposed method by simulation studies, using “Power-Law Networks” creation tool.
