The rolling motor occasionally produces a kind of torsion vibration of the self-excitation vibration. It was said that transmission functional analysis was effective for this self-excitation vibration conventionally. However, the conventional transmission functional analysis used a very expensive device, which limited the wide range application. It is said to the example that escaped by an emergency step without taking an essential solution according to existent method. in case of for such a reason so far that much.
In this paper, Appearing was able to confirm the effectiveness / utility as the tool of the self-excitation vibration evasion by adjustment such as the gain adjustment from resonance / anti-resonance point frequency, interception frequency and the resonance point peak value as a result of in sham rolling mill drive system. |
