Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Research of optically controlled, microwave/millimeter-wave phased array antenna consists of optical feed circuit is currently in progress. In this report, applicability of optical fiber to microwave/millimeter-wave phase shifters in WDM-based optically controlled array antenna is experimentally studied. 20 – 40 GHz phase shift experiments of 8-element optically controlled array antenna using SMF is shown.
