Fault Tolerance network using Push-Type P2P for Community Network

(in English) Community Networks (CNs) that aim to exchange/share of information in regional community has been paid a lot of attention in recent years. Most of conventional CNs use the client server model. Official centers of regions manage their servers and offer many kinds of local information including disaster information to their users. However, when the servers fall down, it is impossible for users to get emergent information. It is particularly essential at the time of regional disasters like earth quakes, large scale fires, flooding, and so on.
In this paper, we consider a P2P model that has no server for early acquisition of extraordinary data. Then, push-typed P2P model is proposed. In that model, users themselves upload emergency data to their CNs and share those emergency data. We propose a high fault tolerance model for the Push-Type P2P model.
