Development of Optical Electric Field Sensor for Electromagnetic Environmental Measurement of Microwave Band

(in English) We improved the reception sensitivity of Log-Periodic Dipole Antenna Array (LPDA) -type optical electric field sensor with reflective Mach-Zender interferometer. The antenna structure of the sensor was improved by electromagnetic field simulation. By phase matching of light and modulated microwave, sensitivity of the sensor increased by 30dB in comparison with the conventional one on frequency from 1.8GHz to 6GHz. Using this sensor we constructed the electromagnetic field measurement system for EMI measurements.
