Sampling theorems for periodic functions and interpolation formulae for sampled data -- (Part 2) As an extension of the interpolation via zero insertion --
Samon Oie (Onosokki) EA2007-123
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the previous paper [7], the author presented sampling theorems for periodic functions both in the time domain and in the frequency domain. Following the previous paper, the author wishes to present the other proof of the sampling theorems for periodic functions both in the time domain and in the frequency domain. The proof is based on the concept of interpolation via zero insertion. Interpolation functions are derived through the infinite limit of the number of zeros inserted between each pair of the elements in the data. The interpolation functions obtained, as a matter of course, coincide with those given in the previous paper [7].
