Radio Network Co-design System for Multiple Divisions

(in English) In this paper, we propose to introduce radio network co-design between planning, operation and customer relations divisions for fast and effective network quality improvement in network popularization phase by sharing their issues and discussing possible solutions. We first show interdivisional co-design is effective for the quality improvement in popularization phase of radio network, and clarify the requirements of the system that supports such co-design process. To satisfy these requirements, we developed following three technologies, which are 3D display of radio quality, estimation of radio resource usage, and high-speed radio propagation prediction. Finally, we demonstrate a network co-design prototype system based on these technologies.
