In recent years, MIMO technology has become an important to wireless communication systems because it makes high-speed, high-quality data communication possible in various types of channels. Given this factor, we have already proposed a 4x2 MIMO-OFDM system which completes maximum data rates 600Mbps and propagated distance 20meter on TGn channel B. But result of floating model simulation and RTL (Resister Transfer Level) simulation may not conform. Moreover, this system needs to transmit many data at one time in order to achieve high throughput. In this report, we report RTL design and verification of this system’s PHY layer and propose a MAC protocol using channel reserving and continuous transmission. |
