| (in English) | Flash-memory is now the driving force for the semiconductor process technology and trying to expand its new market with the advantage of its low bit-cost and flash-memory maker’s large investment. On the other hand, innovative technologies are needed to over come difficulties in the sub-50nm era. Furthermore related technologies such as flash-controllers become important to be accepted in the new market. Under this background, we will discuss the potential of the future flash-memory based on the following keywords. |
