OFDM systems are known to outperform single carrier systems under a multipath environment. However, the multipath waves, which have the delay times out of guard interval, cause the inter-symbol interference and the performance of the system degrades. To overcome this problem, the application of the adaptive arrays has been investigated.
This paper proposes an adaptive array using orthogonal projection.
The proposed method calculates the projection matrix by using zero carriers including interference wave.Simulation results show that the proposed method has good performance for suppression of the undesired waves. |
