Visualization of Heart Rate Transient Variability Synchronized with Human Motion

(in English) The purpose of this study is to develop the visualizing system of physiological condition synchronized with motion. This system is used for monitoring the transient variability of physiological condition according to the daily motion or used for evaluating initial response to various motions. The proposed system visualizes autonomic response estimated from the heart rate time series synchronized with the motion measured by optical motion capture system using 3DCG avatar animation. Instantaneous heart rate is represented with the color of heart and the rate of heart rate change is represented with the particle model around avatar. In this paper, outline of the proposed system and the visualizing example of initial response of heart rate by postural change were described.
