Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) There are several observation and space missions operated and planned. Satisfactory operation of such missions is needed. In World Radiocommunication Conference 2007 (WRC-07), agenda items of 1.2 ,1.20 and 1.3 related with earth observation and meteorological satellite were discussed and sharing conditions in 10.6-10.68GHz and 36-37GHz, power restriction from adjacent band to passive sensor bands, band expansion of 9GHz band for SAR were approved. Agenda items for WRC-11 were approved which includes SRS services using 23GHz up and 37-38GHz down and passive services using 275-3000GHz. Moreover, agenda item related with earth observation and Meteorology also adopted as resolution. In this paper, these results including future perspective are presented.
