(in English) Many aluminum electrolytic capacitors have been used as the important parts in many electric devices. Because their capacity per unit volume is relatively-large and their aluminum anodized film have self-healing mechanism.
Although electric characteristic evaluation of aluminum electrolytic capacitors was done after removing the
sample from chamber up to this time(chamber-outside measurement method), this report introduces effectiveness recognized by aluminum electrolytic capacitors test method (chamber-inside measurement method) without removing the sample from the chamber.
