| (in English) | I have been living in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido since April 2002, and have become more than a little absorbed in the photography of wild fauna. I have become especially captivated by the dignified Ural Owl perching in the hollow of a tree, in the deep of winter, in nearby Nopporo Shinrinkoen. I discuss wild-life photography, and an effective observation method for viewing wild animals using a systematic design approach, while simultaneously introducing a small part of the abundant Nature of Hokkaido, especially with reference to endemic species of fauna. | |
