Network coding for time-varying delay.

(in English) In the research of the network coding, it was assumed that there is constant delay that does not change in time or that there is no delay of transmission of data. However, in an actual network, there exists delay in the transmission of data and the necessary time for transmitting data is not always fixed. Further, because of time-varying delay, every sink cannot decode transmitted data depending on the structure of the network including network coding. We show sufficient conditions for coding by nodes such that every sink can decode all transmitted data from the single source when there exists time-varying delay of information transmission at links in network coding.
