| (in English) | In this paper we discuss on a method for improving the security of the previously propsed KMN PKC where two pairs of ciphertext-subsidiary ciphertext and also error-correcting codes are used. In order to improve the security, a new method is proposed. We show that our improved version of KMN PKC is secure against low-density attack. We also discuss the security of KMN PKC from the information theoretical point of view. We finally present two challenge problems on KMN PKC. |
