| (in English) | Many companies absorb diversification of employment formats to diverse human resources, and implement measures to maintain and improve their competitiveness. One means is teleworking, but not many people are telecommuter. This is thought be caused by environmental factors such as workspace design and insufficient communications infrastructure. In our work focus on user factors such as telecommuter's behavior and thinking and consider problems in teleworking. | |
