(in English) We have developed the nursing business support system for improving service quality, and business efficiency. We conducted field trial at actual nursing care offices in Aichi prefecture in order to evaluate the system. This paper proposes the system which we call ‘Aicare’ system, and gives some considerations on “nursing card scheme” designed for improving quality of home-health service.
