| (in English) | We developed methods of forecasting the hourly generated power of photovoltaic (PV) cells for the optimal scheduling of an energy network. We estimated the dependence of the methods on the weather, system properties, location, and season by using them in two PV systems. One was at Expo 2005 in Aichi and the other was in the Central Japan Airport City New Energy Power Plant. We found that the errors for different sites were comparable and that our methods depend little on to system properties, location, and seasons. We also developed a weekly forecast method and found it achieved as high an accuracy as a daily forecast. These method can be applied to many PV systems. | |
