(in English) This paper describes a millimeter-wave power amplifier (PA) and a transceiver fabricated in standard 90-nm CMOS technology. We have established a PA design approach where the output power has been maximized with a sufficient lifetime. The developed PA exhibits a saturated output power of 8.5 dBm with 15.2 dB linear gain at a low voltage operation of 0.7-V where the lifetime of more than 108 hour is expected. Finally, transmitter and receiver circuits are demonstrated for 2.6-Gbps QPSK operation.
