Analysis of Dining Sequence Pattern

(in English) The dinning pattern of a person often reflects the person’s health condition. Hence, analyzing the dinning pattern of a particular person may help in monitoring the person’s health condition and may help in early detection of health anomaly. In this study we proposed a method for recording the dinning sequence using Sensing Tray and ID-ware. We also established numerical and visual representations of the dinning pattern based on Markov Model in which the food items served in the dinner are treated as states. Through experiments, we found that the dinning sequence of a particular healthy person is consistent and unique. Based on this knowledge, in the future a health monitoring system based on the dinning pattern will be developed.
