An user evaluation method based on trading information in e-commerce and its evaluation

(in English) A transaction in the Internet is performed flourishingly these days. The Internet auction in particular is one of the big markets in e-commerce. In most Internet auction sites, the evaluation system totalling each other's evaluation of the user is used widely now. However, this existing evaluation system have problems to be able to operate evaluation value easily and to reflect information of the trading well. Therefore We analyze the evaluation of the user in the Internet auction and suggest the evaluation index that let you more reflect information of the trading in this article. As a result of evaluation experiment of the suggestion method by data in the real auction site, we understood that points of reference were different in the difference of the situation in the auction.
