Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In the WLAN network where several APs (access points) coexist, congestion is occurred when traffic load is increased in certain AP. Several load balancing schemes have been proposed. However, they cause a malfunction in the present of co-channel interference because they assume that different channels are assigned to every AP. Therefore, schemes based on the traffic load of channel is required. In this paper, a new AP selection scheme realizing load balancing between each channels is proposed and its effectiveness is shown through computer simulations.
