| 抄録 | （和） | 足部の保護や歩行機能の強化および疲労軽減の観点から閉塞性履物が推奨されているが蒸れやすい．不快感の少ない靴内環境を明らかにすることを目的に，成人女性12人を対象に素足，ストッキング着用，靴下着用時のスニーカー内の温・湿度と足部皮膚水分量の変化を計測した．皮膚水分量の計測にはアドミタンス皮膚水分計とモイスチャーチェッカーを使用した．短時間の着用においては，靴内温度の上昇率が最も低く皮膚水分量の増加が最も少ない靴下着用が，夏季の靴内環境保持には適していると考えられた． |
| （英） | It is easy to get stuffy and unpleasantness reinforces in blockaded shoes in summer, though blockaded shoes is recommended from viewpoints such as the protection of the foot and strengthening the walking function. To obtain the best one as environment in shoes of summer in the combination of the sneaker type nurse shoes, from all of barefoot, wearing stockings, and wearing socks. Temperature and humidity in shoes were measured for 15 minutes by the digital temperature humidity instruction meter, and skin moisture was measured in foot by the 2 models of measurement instruments of water content: the skin admittance moisture meter and the moisture checker. Subjects were 12 healthy females. The results were obtained as follows: (1) The amount of the skin moisture has increased after foot put on shoes. (2) The increase in the amount of the skin moisture has decreased compared with the bare foot when the foot is covered with socks and stockings internally of shoes. (3) Because of the lowest increase in the amounts of the skin moisture and temperature in shoes, socks wearing has least stuffy and is suitable in the summer. |
