Evaluation of Measurements of the Seating Posture Measurement Software “rysis”

(in English) We developed the two-dimensional image analysis software to measure seated posture according to the ISO16840-1 standard and named it “rysis”. We evaluated measurement methods to reduce the error and evaluated the repeatability of the measurement with “rysis”. As a result, (1) Pictures should be taken with about 2 times magnification, (2) Seated person should be taken in the center of the digital camera monitor and (3) Indicating the measurement points with triangle ruler makes high repeatability, ware found.
