| 抄録 | （和） | 手操作運動における視覚運動変換メカニズムの解明を目的として，サル腹側運動前野F5野ならびに頭頂連合野AIP野から得られた神経スパイクデータの情報量解析を行なった．3次元形状による操作対象の分類と神経活動との間の相互情報量を一定の時間幅ごとに計算することにより，神経活動に含まれる対象形状に関する情報が課題遂行に応じて変化する様子を可視化した．また，その可視化情報を基に手操作運動に関わるF5-AIP野の情報処理の流れについて考察した． |
| （英） | We have analyzed neuronal activities of the monkey anterior intraparietal area (AIP) and ventral premotor cortex (F5) to reveal how the brain represents information related to hand manipulation. We calculated mutual information (MI) between activities of 122 single neurons and various clusters of 6 objects, and examined how MI changed dependent on different periods in hand manipulation task and the temporal relationship among the information processings in these neurons. The result of this analysis gives us a clue to understand the information stream in the AIP and F5 areas during visumomotor transformation. | |
