(in English) In this paper, we propose a method of motion detection by single-pixel matching implemented on a smart image sensor, and report the design and evaluation of the prototype chip. The proposed method can detect the 2D moving vector into a limited area and by using high inter-frame correlation at high frame rate of 1000fps. The method can be achieved in small column-parallel circuits on the sensor and by low power consumption.
