(in English) Cooperative relaying is a promising technique to provide spatial diversity by combining the received signals from source and relay stations.In bi-directional relaying, when the same relay station is used for both transmission direction, there is no difference in communication quality in multihop relaying.By contrast, in cooperative relaying, the communication qualities may differ depending on the transmission direction.In this paper, Our analysis reveals the difference in spectral efficiency between transmission directions in half-duplex cooperative relaying.Moreover, numerical results show that the introduction of the transmission direction switching can increase the spectral efficiency.
