Demonstration of divergence less beam-deflector based on an optical phased array

(in English) Laser beam deflectors are demonstrated for the purpose of energy space transmission toward moving targets such as motor-vehicles, robots, and others. For this purpose, we have proposed to utilize optical phased array with using external single lens configuration. This configuration is expected to realize beam deflection toward aimed angle with less undesired divergence that leads to efficient energy space transmission. Implemented beam deflector showed 3 degree divergence-less deflection successfully, that corresponded to the design, with using regular fixed external single lens configuration.
