Accurate 3D Shape Measurement of Spiral Objects Using Light Stripe Method

(in English) Three Dimensional(3-D) inspection are expected to ensure the quality of industrial components. In order to realize to inspect all components, faster and more accurate 3-D shape measurements is demanded. In this paper, we propose the measurement of the spiral objects on the auto rotating stage using light stripe method, which leverage the geometrical information of the objects. In proposal method, the extracted characteristic points are expanded to one-dimensional(1-D) profile. And 1-D profiles are sprit some section based on that periodicity, and calculate the fitting curve in each section. The smooth and accurate 3-D shapes are obtained by connecting these curves.
