ECG R Wave Measurement System that Used Neckband

(in English) This paper describes a new non-restrictive ECG lead method using a neckband which places a dry-type activity electrode on a neck surface. The neckband type ECG monitoring system consists of a dry-type activity electrode, an instrumentation amplifier, and a neckband. In order to prevent an induction-noise contamination, the dry-type activity electrode is united with the instrumentation circuit of high input impedance. Since this method can lead an ECG R wave by attaching an activity electrode without a paste to the neck in a neckband, it has an advantage which can be used by an activity of daily living.
