| 抄録 | （和） | 近年の急速な高齢化に伴い、在宅介護サービスの重要性が高まりニーズが拡大しているが、介護事業者による在宅ケアの人的サービス品質は急速なニーズに適合できず質的な不均衡が生じている状況である。特に在宅ケアサービスでは、多様な専門職により多地点で分散的にサービス提供されるために、従事者間の様々な情報共有がサービス品質維持に求められる。本研究開発では、介護サービスの質的向上と標準化を目指した、在宅ケアサービスにおける現場知のバリアフリーな知識共有を達成するために、現行の紙文書を効率的に電子化する「介護カード方式」によって、現場で収集される暗黙知を形式知として獲得し、さらに、介護従事者間の知識共有としてのオンラインモニタリング、情報連携としてのオンラインコンファレンスにより、形式知から組織知を精錬・醸成するフレームワークとして「介護・医療情報共有地域ポータル」をセキュアに構築した。 |
| （英） | The demand of home-based care services for elderly are increasing rapidly in Japan in recent years since the number of elderly people increases. The home-based care services require many professionals having various talents. Though they should share tacit knowledge about care services and cooperate with each other in order to improve the service standard, there have been many problems and troubles regarding sharing and cooperation. This is because many professionals are distributed geographically, so it is difficult to communicate frequently with each other. Professionals in the fields of home-based care, medical care, nursing care have to spend much time to share the distributed tacit knowledge which should be share in order to provide optimal and cost-effective service. We have developed a secure and accessible knowledge management system for home-based care services for elderly in order to share tacit knowledge of home-based care services. It provides a model for an information management system which provides sharing, networking and coordinating tacit knowledge. | |
